The more the stones are used the more negative energy they are exposed to causing them to be less effective, therefore we would recommend you re-charge the stones at least once a month.

To re-charge & re-energise your stones you can do either of the following:

1. Immerse them into sea water, salt water or water.

2. Expose them to the natural elements by leaving the stones outside in the sun, wind or rain.

3. Expose them to the full moon.

4. Cleanse the stones with reiki healing or with crystals.

Whichever option you choose, should be down to personal preferance.
