Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will ask you to return them to us (the whole order) and on receipt we will give a full refund. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are FREE to a UK address and this will be shown on the basket and check out pages. We assure you that your goods will always be sent by the quickest, most cost effective method, either by Royal Mail or an independent carrier. Orders placed by 12 noon, Monday to Friday, will be despatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
Prices
Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these store policies.
